To convince executives that Snapchat enables companies to connect with customers, SpecialGuest enlisted the C-suite to build a campaign for the C-suite. By watching Snapchat videos, executives could hear directly from executives who had used Snapchat to great success, which acted as strong social proof for the platform.
These videos featured Maria Milenkova (Starling Bank), Blake Stuchin (NFL), Atif Rafiq (MGM Resorts International), Justin Gaggino (HiSmile), Charlotte Swead (Depop), Mohammed Abaalkheil (STC), and Sadira Furlos (Frito-Lay). By speaking about their Snapchat insights, they not only offered relevant, actionable advice to other executives but also benefitted themselves, as their participation increased their brands’ awareness and interactions.
